Great music, lousy "upgrade"
Upon receiving our new tickets, we made our way to our seats and were disappointed. The speaker and light rigs, along with the video screen, obscured most of the stage and performers. Our original seats were in the back of the arena with a front-on view of the stage. They were on the right side of the stage in the upper level, so we were closer to the stage, but we couldn't see much. I received an email the day of the event that our seats had been upgraded. So while we were closer, these seats were lousy. To make matters worse, the seats in the same section just a few rows behind us were going for about half of what we paid when I looked before the show started. The music was great and I always enjoy Dallas Renegades (5 stars for them), but Ticketmaster and the Well really did a number on us. It's too bad there isn't a zero star option for this situation. I am extremely disappointed.
